BARRE…
A love-able full body barefoot workout inspired by Ballet, Yoga, Pilates, and Strength. Low-impact, with high reps and pulses to increase strength and flexibility.
PILATES…
A full body barefoot workout with deep emphasis on core control. Classical Pilates Apparatus or Mat options to ignite your longest and strongest self. Low impact, high performance. Challenging, and kind.

Turn the music up and get lost in the rhythm with this heart rate rising format. Designed for pure fun, creativity, coordination and the chance to let go and enjoy. Move your body to the beat and bring your sneakers!
Rachel is a professional dancer, choreographer, and educator with a B.A. in Dance and Theatre from Manhattanville University. Rachel combines her passions of dance and fitness into her Pilates, Barre, Cardio Dance, and Sculpt group classes and private lessons. While teaching dance throughout Westchester, CT and NJ, and performing in NYC, Rachel worked toward an AFAA Group Fitness Certification. She then became certified in Barre and Pilates Mat through Equinox; and continued on to become Comprehensively Certified in Pilates Apparatus through Equinox’s Pilates Education. Rachel is a Top 5 Performer for Equinox’s New York Metro Group Fitness Instructors, and a Senior Pilates Instructor for private lessons. She is lucky to move with members on the mat at Studio 50, and The Lark Club. Rachel is the former Assistant Studio Director of No Limits Performing Arts Studio, where she now continues to work as a Lyrical teacher, aiming to guide her students to strength, flexibility, technique, creativity, and the confidence to collaborate in life and in the arts.
